How quickly can I set it up?
Within a few minutes, it’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.
How fast is shipping & where does it ship from?
Orders placed before 10am PST will ship the same day and expect delivery within 2-5 business days depending on your location since all orders ship from our office in San Diego, CA. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.

Is The Magic Box™ Lite compatible with my car?
The Magic Box™ Lite requires a wired Apple CarPlay connection to work in your vehicle. You can check our extensive compatibility list at the top of this page near the add to cart buttons.
Aftermarket head units from Alpine, Kenwood, and Pioneer are also supported.
Do I need any additional apps to make it work?
Nope, we've pre-installed YouTube & Netflix streaming apps to the box for you. Additional video content can be saved to a MicroSD card and uploaded into your device.
Does it play videos while the vehicle is in motion?
Yes, it'll work while in motion, but for safety and legal reasons you should only use The Magic Box™ Lite while the vehicle is parked in a safe location. (Please check your local before using).
**Do Not Use While The Vehicle Is Being Driven**
Will it work on iPhone & Android?
Yes, The Magic Box™ Lite works great with both iPhone & Android. We simply use the CarPlay channel to allow our device to function so even if you have an Android phone, you'll still click into CarPlay from your display screen.
How to watch Netflix from Apple CarPlay?
We pre-download Netflix onto your device, just log into your account and start streaming your favorite shows.
How to play videos on CarPlay?
Turn your cars display screen into a smart TV using The Magic Box™ Lite. Simply plug The Magic Box™ Lite into your car's USB port and the regular CarPlay or Android Auto screen will be replaced with ours. The Magic Box™ Lite comes with YouTube & Netflix
