Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 12PM PST will ship the same day and expected delivery within 2-5 business days of the first carrier scan depending on the selected shipping method. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.
Since we are shipping out of San Diego, CA - please allow up to 1-2 business days for USPS to process the order and start the package movement since it's a very large regional facility.

Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date your order is fulfilled. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear and tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned.
Orders can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for an exchange, returned items must be in their original working condition with no evidence of wear-and-tear and purchased on the trymagicbox.com website. All accessories included in the original order must also be returned.
