Will this work in my car?
The Magic Cam S500 will work on any vehicle equipped with a power outlet. You simply power the device on and attach the front & rear cameras so they have a clear line of sight to view car surroundings.
How quickly can I set it up?
Most customers get the device up in running within a few minutes, it’s plug & play with minimal setup required. The most time consuming part is the rear camera which we recommend embedding the wire along the car edges to keep the cord out of sight.
How fast is shipping & where does it ship from?
Orders placed before 10am PST will ship the same day and once shipped, average delivery is 3-5 business days. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.

Do I need any additional apps to make it work?
We recommend downloading our Magic Cam S500 mobile app so you can sync it to your device for the best experience.
Will it work on iPhone & Android?
Yes, the device works great with both iPhone & Android. Our Magic Cam S500 app is available on both App Store and Google Play Store.
Is the hardwiring kit included?
If you wish to receive a hardwiring kit, please email us hello@themagicbrand.co and we'll ship it out to you. The hardwiring kit is required for 24-hour parking monitor and G-Sensor Collision Recording.
