The Magic Remote™ 2.0

Initially I wrote a review about the remote without knowing how to use the remote and gave it a low rating. Support reached out and let me know how to use it correctly and it worked! I’ve use it inside with my Magic Box 3 sometimes using the HDMI out, and you really need this when there isn’t a touch screen. Support for these products has been great for answering my questions, I’m a big fan of how responsive they are.

Love the convenience of having a remote!

In an era where product let down is a real common theme, it was refreshing to purchase something (this remote) and have it just work as described! Mindlessly easy set up and intuitive functionality are the hallmarks of this product. If you have a magic box… this is a logical and worthwhile upgrade/accessory!

It’s a remote that I use in my vehicle. Instead of touching the screen, I have a remote. Sometimes however, the remote will not “scroll” down the page and I have to manually use the screen.

We have the remote and it makes selections so much easier for our Dish app. We can search using the remote to type quickly and can enter our email and passwords with ease. No more fat fingering the keyboard on the display.
