Returns
Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date your order is fulfilled. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear and tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned. (For example, our Magic Box products come with a packaging box, two sets of cables, an instructional manual, and the actual device.)


All returns are inspected upon receipt. This process may up to 5 business days to complete. If your return does not pass our return inspection, you may be charged a 10% restocking fee or you may not qualify for a refund at all. Returned products that don't qualify for a refund will be recycled and cannot be returned to you.

Items sold with FINAL SALE tag are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchanges.

For orders placed through our website, please follow the instructions below on how to return your product. We will provide a return shipping label* and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund when we receive your package and your return is inspected.


*For international orders, you are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us as we do not have the capacity to generate international return labels.


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed and returned to the card used at purchase. If the card used is no longer available, we are unable to process your refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit
If you would like to upgrade your product to a newer version, you can exchange your order within 60 days from the date your order was fulfilled. To qualify for an exchange, returned items must be in their original working condition with no evidence of wear-and-tear and purchased on the trymagicbox.com website. All accessories included in the original order must also be returned. Please follow the instructions below to start the exchange process.


All exchanges are inspected upon receipt. This process may take up to 5 business days to complete. If your returned product does not pass inspection, your exchange will be treated as a return. Returned products that don't qualify for a refund will be recycled and cannot be returned to you.


If you want to upgrade your product after the 60-day return period has ended, you may benefit from our Trade Up program. This program allows you to exchange your older generation device for a new one with discounted pricing. For more information, contact us at hello@themagicbrand.co

 

Warranty Policy

All Magic Devices are backed by our 365-day warranty which covers defects and/or operational defects you may experience. The warranty is only available for orders placed directly on our website or Amazon store. Warranty claims must be made within 365 days of your original order date and approved by our team. Only 1 warranty claim per product is eligble.

Our warranty covers the following issues:

  • Overheating
  • Device ports breaking
  • Not powering on

Our warranty DOES NOT cover the following issues:

  • Stolen/Lost devices
  • Incompatible vehicle usage (check our compatibility list or contact our team for verification prior to purchase)
  • Apps not working within device (we don't control these, the app developer does so we cannot guarantee it'll work if they push an app update)
  • Suddenly stops working unless it's related to power or overheating (some vehicle manufacturers push remote software updates to vehicles that could impact performance of our devices which is outside of our direct control)
  • Devices that have already been replacement by our team
