Will this work with my car?

Our core devices require a wired Apple CarPlay connection to work in your vehicle. Visit our compatibility page to check for your specific vehicle.

Aftermarket head units from Alpine, Kenwood, and Pioneer are also supported.

Is this device easy to setup?

Yes, it’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.

I don't know which device to get, what do I do?

Our 3 devices each have different functions & pricing. Check each product out and see which one fits your needs the best, if you still have questions reach out to our team here.

How can I learn how the device works? Do you have tutorials?

Yes, we have a help center where you can find how-tos on popular features along with additional resources in the case you experience any difficulty. Our technical team offers live chat, email, and even phone support for more complex issues - you can contact them here.

Orders & Shipping

How fast is shipping & where does it ship from?

Orders placed before 10am PST will ship the same day and once shipped, average delivery is 3-5 business days. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.

*International orders vary based on the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order using our Order Tracker.

You can find your Order # in the order confirmation email.

Go to your e-mail inbox and search for “Magic Brand” or "Magic Brands". If you can’t find it inbox, please also check your spam/ promotions folder or email us.

I need to change something in my order, what do I do?

You can make changes to your order within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet. Keep in mind, most orders during business hours get picked and packed within 2 hours.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and desired shipping speed/carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Is there a product warranty?

Yes, all Magic Brands products are backed by our 365-day warranty. Items that are stolen, lost, or damaged outside of our warranty scope are not eligible for warranty claims. For eligible warranties we will provide a direct warranty for the claim item unless that item is no longer available in which case we will provide a like model.

What if I don't like the product & want to return it?

Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date your order is fulfilled. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear and tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned.

Orders can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for an exchange, returned items must be in their original working condition with no evidence of wear-and-tear and purchased on the trymagicbox.com website. All accessories included in the original order must also be returned.
