Will this work in my car?
The Magic Dash™ will work with all vehicles equipped with a 12v DC outlet, more commonly known as the cigarette lighter. We've seen customers use The Magic Dash™ primarily in older vehicles without touch screens or outdated infotainment systems.
The Magic Dash™ would also would in any ATV, boat, or other vehicle as long as there is an active 12v DC outlet.
How quickly can I set it up?
Within a few minutes, it’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.
How fast is shipping & where does it ship from?
Orders placed before 10am PST will ship the same day and expect delivery within 2-5 business days depending on your location since all orders ship from our office in San Diego, CA. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.

Is The Magic Dash™ compatible with my car?

Can I use it in multiple vehicles?
Yes, you can transfer between vehicles but keep in mind if you mount the device to your dashboard, the sticky adhesive will leave minor reside (comes off with cleaning) and the more you transfer the device the adhesive will fade.
If you plan to transfer between multiple vehicles, we suggest using the windshield as a mounting location.
Can I connect this to my car stereo?
Yes of course, it's super easy to transmit the audio from The Magic Dash™ to your car stereo. There are currently two methods to connecting audio, aux cord or FM Transmission.
The aux code will simply connect The Magic Dash™ directly to your cars factory aux port.
The FM Transmission will be over the radio, you'll pick an empty station on your radio and then set the same radio station on The Magic Dash™ to transmit audio wirelessly.
Will it work on iPhone & Android?
Yes, The Magic Dash™ product works great with both iPhone & Android. The Magic Dash™ will automatically detect your device and prompt Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
Can I use the Magic Box 2.0 or Magic Box Lite with The Magic Dash?
We designed The Magic Dash™ to transform the boring or non-existent media options available on older vehicles to life.
The Magic Box Lite will work on The Magic Dash to access YouTube & Netflix.
The Magic Box 2.0 is not compatible with The Magic Dash.
What apps are supported by The Magic Dash™?
The Magic Dash™ comes equipped with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and MicroSD. The apps specific to Apple & Android will be based on your phones enabled apps such as maps, messages, call, etc.
The MicroSD option is great for loading saved pictures, videos, and music with easy one-tap access on the Magic Dash display screen.
