Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 10am PST will ship the same day and once shipped, average delivery is 3-5 business days. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.

Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date your order is fulfilled. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear and tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned.

Does The Magic Box™ 2.0 only allow streaming apps?

No, along with streaming apps, The Magic Box™ 2.0 allows you to download any application from the Google Play Store. Many customers download weather apps, games, hunting cameras, and many more!

You can also download apps, movies, shows, etc. to a MicroSD card and access those via The Magic Box™ 2.0 to enjoy content without having an internet connection.

How quickly can I set it up?

Yes, it’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.

How fast is shipping & where does it ship from?

Orders placed before 10am PST will ship the same day and expect delivery within 2-5 business days depending on your location since all orders ship from our office in San Diego, CA. All other orders will ship the following day besides Saturday or Sunday.

*International orders vary based on the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Is The Magic Box™ 2.0 compatible with my car?

The Magic Box requires a wired Apple CarPlay connection to work in your vehicle. You can check our extensive compatibility list at the top of this page near the add to cart buttons.

Aftermarket head units from Alpine, Kenwood, and Pioneer are also supported.

Do I need any additional apps to make it work?

Nope, we've pre-installed the most popular streaming apps to the box for you. The Google Play store is accessible from the box to download any app if you wish.

Does it play videos while the vehicle is in motion?

Yes, it'll work while in motion, but for safety and legal reasons you should only use The Magic Box while the vehicle is parked in a safe location. (Please check your local before using).

**Do Not Use While The Vehicle Is Being Driven**

Will it work on iPhone & Android?

Yes, our Magic Box 2.0 product works great with both iPhone & Android. We simply use the CarPlay channel to allow our device to function so even if you have an Android phone, you'll still click into CarPlay from your display screen.

How to watch Netflix from Apple CarPlay?

Simply download the Netflix app within the Google Play Store within the Magic Box device. Log into your account and start streaming your favorite shows.

How to play videos on CarPlay?

Turn your cars display screen into a smart TV using The Magic Box. Simply plug the Magic Box into your car's USB port and the regular CarPlay or Android Auto screen will be replaced with ours. Download any app and start streaming with The Magic Box.

Excellent!!!
After installing the magic box with sim card and extra storage the 2.0 is doing exactly what i need it to do, enter car and starts up automatically, (note the extra SD card goes in upside down) Not shown on instructions!!! First starts as Car play--- Excellent- Then when I get to my Destination I have a full screen infotainment Center (By pressing the Magic icon) I do a lot of standby time so this makes waiting easy and painless, Highly recommended for people or Businesses that have standby time such as me, I do tours and transfers and have to wait for Clients for Hours at a time!!!
Also hooked my 2.0 to WiFi through my personal hotspot from iPhone 14 and walla, worked perfect!
Very pleased at witch ease of use, one minor hook-up is that when i start my car to warm up in cold weather I have to reboot (start car) because the car does not recognize accessories in the initial boot sequence! This is my 3rd car streaming device/ save yourself some money and time go straight to the Magic 2.0
