This is only to ensure tracked shipments arrive and does not cover porch piracy. Please double check your shipping address during purchase to ensure smooth delivery.

Is my package covered if I use the wrong shipping address?
If you no longer have access to that address and cannot contact the resident to retrieve the package, we can issue replacement.

What if my package is stolen from my porch, mailbox, etc.?
Our shipping protection plan does not cover stolen packages unless you have video proof of the theft. You will be required to submit the video evidence to our team for review before a replacement may be issued.
