Why should I add an accidental damage plan?
Extended Protect product protection covers accidental damage such as drops and liquid spills. These plans are in effect from day one and cover mechanical, electrical, and software issues for the length of coverage you select.
What if I need to return my product?
If you wish to return the product and you purchased Extended Product Protection, you'll go through our returns portal as normal. When submitting your return, select the Extended Product Protection item and you'll get a refund upon inspection of the returned item(s).
What do I need to provide if I file a claim?
When filing a claim, you will need to provide your order number. Our team will verify your product protection plan and device. We'll issue a pre-paid return shipping label for the defective device. Additionally, we'll confirm shipping address and get the replacement shipped out.
What is covered by Extended Product Protection?
Extended Product Protection covers mechanical, physical, or software related issues impacting the usability of the device.
This plan does not cover lost or stolen devices.
Does my plan cover multiple products?
No, each plan is unique to a single device, it will not cover multiple products or more than one device.
If you wish to receive Extended Product Protection for each purchased device, you will need to buy the corresponding protection plan.
What if I exchange products or upgrade to the next generation device?
If you exchange for the same device, the plan will remain in effect.
If you exchange for a product of lesser or greater value, the plan will need to be adjust according to that new devices Product Protection pricing. You could also void the plan entirely if you wish.
Lastly, if you purchased an Extended Product Protection plan for one generation of device then TRADE-UP to the latest generation, the plan will rollover.
