What do I need to do with my original Magic Box 2.0 device?
You don't have to do anything with it- you can keep it, gift it, or request a pre-paid shipping label via email to send the device back for proper disposal. The decision is totally up to you.
What if I previously purchase Extended Product Protection for my Magic Box 2.0?
If you have previously pruchase Extended Product Protection, your protection plan will be transferred to your new Magic Box 3.0 device
Is the Magic Box compatible with my car?
The Magic Box will work with 98% of vehicles equipped with wired CarPlay including aftermarket head units from Alpine, Kenwood, and Pioneer.

Can I use it in multiple vehicles?
Yes, you can transfer between vehicles without losing your app logins or settings. Just make sure the vehicle you are transferring to is equipped with Apple CarPlay.
Does this really work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, our Magic Box product works great with both iPhone & Android. We simply use the CarPlay channel to allow our device to function so even if you have an Android phone, you'll still click into CarPlay from your display sreen.
Will this work on my display screen? I have a large 12" screen.
Yes, The Magic Box will adapt to the specific screen resolution of your vehicle. Keep in mind, with a larger screen, it will adjust automatically to prevent distorted visuals similar to how a TV works.
What apps are supported by The Magic Box?
Seems crazy but The Magic Box allows virtually any application. You will have direct access to Google Play and Magic Store 3.0 along with the mirroring function from your phone directly to the Magic Box so the phone screen shows on your car display screen.
*Mirror function has limitation set fourth by the app developer to protect against pirating & group sharing such as PPV events.
When will I receive my order?
We have extremely limited inventory for The Magic Box 3.0 during the launch week but as a previous customer you get first dibs. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once the order has been packed and ready to ship, you'll receive an email/text with tracking number. Transit should take roughly 2-3 days depending on where you live since all orders ship out of San Diego, CA.

What happens if I don't like it or doesn't work for me?
If you don't like the device, you can return it within 30 days of your order date for a refund of 60 days to exchange or receive store credit.
