Aftermarket head units from Alpine, Kenwood, and Pioneer are also supported.

How quickly can I set it up?
Most customers get it up and running within a few minutes. It’s plug & play with minimal setup required, similar to a new phone to establish basic settings.

Do I need any additional apps to make it work?
Nope, we've pre-installed the most popular streaming apps to the box for you. The Google Play store is accessible from the box to download any app if you wish.
In order to access the streaming options, you will need a WiFi signal from mobile hotspot, SIM card, or in-vehicle internet.
The streaming apps still require an active subscription with those streaming providers, we do not give supply a free account to those apps.
Does it play videos while the vehicle is in motion?
Yes, it'll work while in motion, but for safety and legal reasons you should only use The Magic Box™ 2.0 while the vehicle is parked in a safe location. (Please check your local before using).
**Do Not Use While The Vehicle Is Being Driven**
Will it work on iPhone & Android?
Yes, The Magic Box™ 2.0 works great with both iPhone & Android. We simply use the CarPlay channel to allow our device to function so even if you have an Android phone, you'll still click into CarPlay from your display screen.
How to watch Netflix from Apple CarPlay?
Simply download the Netflix app within the Google Play Store within the Magic Box device. Log into your account and start streaming your favorite shows.
How to play videos on CarPlay?
Turn your cars display screen into a smart TV using The Magic Box™ 2.0. Simply plug The Magic Box™ 2.0 into your car's USB port and the regular CarPlay or Android Auto screen will be replaced with ours. Download any app and start streaming with The Magic Box™ 2.0.

I watched a few videos after I had bought the Magic Box 2.0, comparing it to other products that did the same thing. I was regretting the purchase when I saw the other model was running an updated version of the Android operating system. However, when I received my Magic Box 2.0 I was pleasantly surprised to see, through a system update, that it was running the most current version of the Android operating system.
I've enjoyed using all the features of the product and my nephew really enjoyed watching his Helper Cars series on YouTube, on the drive back to his house!

From the shipping to the set up, this has been a great experience. Fast shipping, easy setup and they send you links to videos that made it even easier.
The Magic Box 2.0 is nothing short of spectacular!
When you start the set up, allow yourself enough time to customize it how you want. For us it took about 45 to an hour. Now this all depends on how may apps you have to set up and the updates needed. We have a lot of apps. Do set up time will vary, but absolutely worth the time and every penny. You won’t find this quality on Amazon that’s for sure.

After installing the magic box with sim card and extra storage the 2.0 is doing exactly what i need it to do, enter car and starts up automatically, (note the extra SD card goes in upside down) Not shown on instructions!!! First starts as Car play--- Excellent- Then when I get to my Destination I have a full screen infotainment Center (By pressing the Magic icon) I do a lot of standby time so this makes waiting easy and painless, Highly recommended for people or Businesses that have standby time such as me, I do tours and transfers and have to wait for Clients for Hours at a time!!!
Also hooked my 2.0 to WiFi through my personal hotspot from iPhone 14 and walla, worked perfect!
Very pleased at witch ease of use, one minor hook-up is that when i start my car to warm up in cold weather I have to reboot (start car) because the car does not recognize accessories in the initial boot sequence! This is my 3rd car streaming device/ save yourself some money and time go straight to the Magic 2.0
